Accessibility and inclusive corporate governance, between disruptive innovation and artificial intelligence: the new research perspectives of the Flipped Inclusion model

Allo stato dell’arte, nelle attività imprenditoriali il progresso tecnologico e, in particolare, il diffondersi dell’intelligenza artificiale, costituiscono un elemento di innovazione non più solo a livello produttivo ma anche a livello di amministrazione e controllo. Il presente lavoro esplora le potenzialità e i rischi che gli amministratori sono chiamati ad affrontare per effetto dell’ingresso dell’intelligenza artificiale nel consiglio di amministrazione, proponendosi di indagare se nella corporate governance delle piccole e medie aziende è possibile agire pedagogicamente per formare una cultura organizzativa vocata all’inclusione mediante l’applicazione di metodologie di cooperative learning che consentono di raggiungere una maggiore inclusività tra i soggetti che vi operano. Il progetto propone di applicare la metodologia della Flipped Inclusion e più precisamente il metodo dell’istruzione complessa di Cohen perché mediante la creazione di team work eterogenei e l’interdipendenza dei ruoli si possono valorizzare le risorse di tutti i componenti del gruppo, comprese le tecnologie di intelligenza artificiale, con l’obiettivo di realizzare quell’apprendimento di sistema secondo cui tutti lavorano per raggiungere un unico obiettivo, ciascuno, però, svolgendo il proprio compito e favorendo l’inclusività.
