Abstract

Personal epistemology represents an area of ​​philosophy that deals with the nature of human knowledge and that turns its attention to investigating the personal beliefs and conceptions that individuals have about it and the way of knowing. Reflecting on the different views that affect knowledge, the ideas themselves related to learning can be useful for rethinking them and for understanding the effects that they, in turn, have on educational practices promoted in the classroom, aimed in particular at people with greater fragility.

L’epistemologia personale rappresenta un’area della filosofia che si occupa della natura della conoscenza umana e che rivolge la sua attenzione ad indagare le credenze e le concezioni personali che gli individui hanno su di essa e sul modo di conoscere. Riflettere sui diversi sguardi che condizionano le conoscenze, le idee stesse legate all’apprendimento può essere utile per ripensarle e per comprendere gli effetti che esse, a loro volta, esercitano sulle pratiche educative promosse in aula, rivolte in particolare a persone con maggiori fragilità.
