Abstract

The promotion to inclusive education in Spain and Italy. The current and global need to react in the face of the widespread reality of marginalization and social exclusion, has made the topic of inclusion and Special Educational Needs (SEN) one of the most treated and discussed, especially in the educational-pedagogical field. School inclusion is the result of a path that goes from the exclusion of any educational intervention, then to the separation in special schools and to the inclusion and integration of everyone in the school, up to the current prospect of inclusion in the school in which educational care of increasingly heterogeneous and complex needs takes on particular importance.
